Music production can be
one of the most mystifying endeavors in the recording process
as often an artist needs a "reducer" even more than a "producer",
thereby providing the fan base with an unobstructed focus
on the artist. As a producer, Timothy Eaton has worked with
hit artists all over the globe from Berlin to New York,
Las Vegas to Taipei, Los Angeles to Lima and many points
in between, and strives to focus each artist's unique personality
in every production.
It's our belief that a producer should never attempt to re-tool an artist to be something that doesn't come naturally to them but rather, that the artist be provided the latitude in the studio to be truly creative, have fun with the process and be more of who they really are.
The more comfortable an artist is in their own skin, the more comfortable and receptive the audience will be.
And while studios, gear and sonics are certainly important in the recording of any artist, we believe that the emphasis should be on the material, arrangements and artistic believability so that the listener is truly moved by the recorded performances.
Basically, it's all about catching lightning in a bottle. |
